I am a flat owner living out of the UK. O&T Property Management has been managing my London rental flat since I bought it in 2015. During this period I did not need to visit London once. They took care of everything since I bought the flat, starting with buying and installing furniture I chose online, proposing appliances and buying them (if needed), finding tenants and vetting them, and maintaining the flat. They are very reliable and have always returned my calls right away with efficiency and professionalism that goes far beyond their scope of responsibility. I've been a landlord for other properties for many years and know how difficult (and scary!) it is finding good renters. O&T do an excellent job of vetting and maintaining properties. They also go out of their way to accommodate people as best they can when situations arise out of their control. They seem fair to the owner but also advocate for the renter. I know how important it is to keep the renter happy. O&T deals with everything and I only need to be involved if a repair of some sort will exceed a specific agreed upon amount. The rent has always been paid to us on time and detailed monthly and end of the year reports are provided. I am very interested in keeping my properties in good condition and have high standards for managers. This is my fourth year with O&T and I expect the relationship to continue.
